RETURN POLICY
You can return your item(s) purchased from Wolverine Wrestling Club up to 30 days after the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with hangtags affixed if possible.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Bulk orders or multiple orders being returned by the same individual may require a restocking fee.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items marked Final Sale.
- Customized products and custom printed products are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the purchase price of the product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please complete a return form. Once you have a return authorization number you should mail your product to: Wolverine Wrestling Club 5005 Dexter Ann Arbor Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 along with your return form.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. You will receive an email once your return product has shipped to you along with tracking information.
Certain restrictions apply including but not limited to sale or bundle items, custom printed products, final sale, and customized products including embroidery or screen printing. See additional details above.
